I worked with Julie Burr of the Ed Huck Team at Keller Williams to help in selling my parent's home. I contacted Julie right away when we decided that may parents would move to a senior living facility in Elyria. Julie met with me just as we were beginning the process to go over expectations and potential time lines. This was really helpful so that we knew what needed to be done before we were ready to sell. After Julie came to look at the house, she made recommendations on repairs and updates that could potentially help in selling the house as well as help increasing our price point. She then helped us meet with contractors to assess the needs of the house and also worked with the contractor that we chose to get the work done in a really timely fashion! This all helped to speed up our timeline which was so important!When it came time for the actual sale of the home, Julie did an awesome job of working with my parents and myself so that we were all part of the process. My parents felt valued and respected and they truly appreciated the care and concern that Julie showed them. They were also pleased with the recommendation for the price point for the home as they had lots of interest/showings in the first two days. I am happy to say that the home was under contract in under 36 hours at a price that was well over the asking price. Jason Clifford helped me buy my very first home!! - and during one the toughest markets due to the pandemic, and in one the most sought after areas of Cleveland (Lakewood).
