What are we looking for?
Individuals in this role love helping people, asking questions, and enjoy nurturing relationships until they are ready to meet with one of our Listing / Buyer Agents. They are driven to succeed, appreciate challenges, seek professional growth, and desire to be around positive people with similar work values.
Inside Sales Agents (ISAs) enjoy talking on the phone to better understand buyer’s and seller’s situations so they may better be served. This is accomplished by accepting inbound and making outbound calls, and emailing and texting prospects with the goal of converting those prospects to appointments for our Listing / Buyer Agents.
This position allows you to be in the profession of Real Estate without the unpredictable hours of Outside Sales, offers set hours, training, coaching, high income potential, benefits, and the opportunity to be a part of a phenomenal team culture!
Responsibilities:
- This position is all about database conversion / appointment setting / relationship building, 80-90% of the time spent on the phone
- Be aggressive in generating results with key decision-makers each day.
- Partner with field sales to execute meetings
- Follow metrics guidelines and report activity daily
- Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by management. You must be a growth-oriented person open to new ideas and coaching
- Practice, memorize and internalize scripts.
- Manage and build sales pipeline through use of our database.
- Attend training and establish daily role-play.

Education and Experience:
- Inside Sales - Telephone sales: 2 Years (preferred)
- Real Estate experience (preferred-not required)
- Bachelor's degree in Business/ Marketing/ Sales/ Communications (preferred-not required)
- CRM and database management experience
- Google Suite

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive Base Salary + Commission/ Bonus Pay structure
$40,000- $75,000
**Compensation fluctuates with performance with $55,000 a year being the average, leaving plenty of upside. There is tremendous room for advancement and increased compensation as you progress within the department.
